Effect of GO on the extent of mineralized matrix (MM) as a marker of osteoblastic differentiation. The experiment was performed 4 times, each time with two replicates. In each experiment, all values were normalised to the corresponding cellular protein content. hMSC-TERT cells pretreated with GO (0.75 mM and 1 mM for 3 days) were significantly different from the differentiated control, as calculated by paired t-test (n = 8, ** = p < 0.05).
