  1. aMean of minimum nine determinations over a minimum of three concentration levels covering the specified range
  2. bRepeatability (intraday) was assessed by measuring the response of three concentrations within the specified range for each standard repeated three times within the day and intermediate precision (interday) was assessed by measuring the response of three concentrations within the specified range for each standard repeated three times in three successive days, for IMD concentrations used were (0.2, 1.0 and 1.4 µg/spot), while for DLM were (0.6, 1.0 and 1.4 µg/spot)
