High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) chromatograms of chiral separation of three β-adrenergic blockers on Lux-Cellulose-2 at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with column temperature of 25 °C. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Mobile phase n-hexane: ethanol: DEA (60:40 0.1 by volume). Retention times of Bisoprolol enantiomers 250 µg/mL are 4.33 min, 4.74 min. Retention times of carvedilol enantiomers 100 µg/mL are 6.92 min, 8.70 min. Retention times of atenolol enantiomers 250 µg/mL are 13.71 min, 20.31 min
