COX-2 expression effects of V. heyneana extract (VH) and its fractions (VHH: n-hexane, VHE: ethyl acetate, VHW: water fraction; all 50 µg/mL). Eighteen hours after treating cells with LPS (5 µg/mL) with or without fractions in RAW 264.7 cells. Samples were harvested and lysated for COX-2 mRNA level by qPCR.
