Sulfamethazine data was performed using method 1 and tylosin data with method 2. Sulfamethazine batch experiments were performed with concentrations of 17.7, 35.4, 53.1, 70.8, 88.5 ng/mL, and tylosin batch experiments were performed with concentrations of 10, 100, 500, and 1000 ng/mL.
