HPLC-DAD analysis of SBP mediated Trypan Blue degradation. HPLC analyses were carried out as described under Materials and Methods. [Dye] = 40 ppm, [H2O2] = 64 μM, [SBP] = 40 U/ml, pH 7. The sample labeled “0 % dye degradation” was pure Trypan Blue dye.
