Effect of hydrogen peroxide concentration on SBP mediated Trypan Blue degradation. Trypan Blue (10 ppm) was incubated with 40 U/ml of SBP in the presence of increasing concentrations of H2O2 at pH 7 and the dye degradation was measured after 10 minutes of enzymatic reaction.
