Figure C and D are Emission spectra of BSA as a function of compound 1C and 1D respectively with concentration varying from 0 μM to 5 μM (10 steps). About 4 to 6 nm blue shift in emission maximum was observed. Excitation maximum, 280 nm; excitation and emission slit 5 nm each.
