Means in the same column followed by different subscript letters indicate significant differences (p < 0.05) among lipid classes of each genotype of pot marigold (ANOVA "Tukey's Multiple Comparison Test"). TL - total lipids, TAG- triacylglycerols, PL- polar lipids, SE- sterol esters. SFAs- saturated fatty acids, MUFAs- monounsaturated fatty acids, PUFAs- polyunsaturated fatty acids, VLCSFAs- very long chain saturated fatty acids, ∑CLNAs [18:3 (8trans, 10trans, 12cis) + 18:3 (8trans,10trans,12trans)] - conjugated linolenic acids.
