IC₅₀ values for different cancer cell lines are expressed in mg /mL for extracts and in μM for 6-MP, used as reference drug. The IC₅₀ value is the concentration of compound that affords 50% reduction in cell growth after 3 days incubation. Values are expressed as mean ± SD, n = 3.
