Three independent DLD1/SV-rLuc/ExGen and Two independent DLD1/SV-rLuc/ELec clones were seeded in 96-well plates at different cell densities, ranging from 5 × 10 cells/well to 1 × 106cells/well and treated with the Renilla luciferase substrate Coelenterazine. 50 μg/ml, output (p/sec/cm2/sr) was recorded using IVIS machine with in 10 second of the substrate addition.
