FLuc cells plated at range of concentration from 5 × 10 cells/well to from 1 × 106cells/well, treated with 30 mg/ml D-Luciferin at 1:200 dilution and Imaged using IVIS machine. Shows highest intensity of light at the concentration of 1 × 105cells/well. Results were measured (mean ± sd).
