  1. The results of the in vitro cytotoxic study of the Cu(II) complexes 16 and cisplatin together with the results of the toxicity to primary human hepatocytes (HH1). Measurements were performed in triplicate, and cytotoxicity experiments were repeated in three different cell passages. The data are expressed as IC50 ± SD (μM).
