Monitoring the immune response of rabbits immunized with LND-KLH. Microwell plates were coated with LND-BSA (panel A) and BSA (panel B). Antiserum samples after different consecutive immunizations were allowed to bind to the immobilized antigen (BSA and LND-BSA). Detailed procedures and signals were generated as described by Darwish et al.[32].
