  1. Chambers were exposed to various whole smoke dilutions during a 30 minute exposure to 3R4F reference cigarettes smoked at the ISO regime. Particles deposited on inserts were measured by fluorescence detection. Deposited particulate matter was eluted with a solvent and quantified against a standard curve produced from 3R4F cigarette smoke total particulate matter.
