Monitoring the immune response of rabbits immunized with ROS-KLH. Micowell plates were coated with ROS-BSA (panel A) and BSA (panel B). Antiserum samples after different consecutive immunizations were allowed to bind to the immobilized antigen (BSA and ROS-BSA). Signals were generated as described in the Experimental section.
