After preincubation of enzyme solutions containing 0.1% BSA in Britton- Robinson buffer with different pHs (3.95, 4.25, 4.53, 4.97, 5.67, 6.30, 6.58, 6.89, 7.23, 7.60, 7.92, 8.28, 8.64, 9.13 or 9.53) for 20 h at 4°C, the mixture was adjusted to pH 5.7, and then, residual activities were measured. Residual activities indicated closed squares.
